belif is an interesting skincare brand, especially if you’re into herbalism. The entire brand bases its products on the herbal teachings of Duncan Napier.

Duncan Napier was a young orphan in the 1800s when he caught a cough from the flour dust he worked around as a 9 year old apprentice baker.

Looking for a solution, he began attending botany classes and from those teachings he developed a cough syrup, and later opened a shop that ultimately made him the most famous Victorian herbalist in Scotland.

If you like the idea of skincare products infused with restorative botanical wonders, belif is a skincare brand to definitely explore.

Today we’re going to share with you two of their most popular moisturizers and discuss how they compare - the true cream aqua bomb and moisturizing bomb.

They’re both good, but for different reasons and perhaps different seasons.

Let’s start with the aqua bomb.

The true cream aqua bomb is the lighter formula of the two. It is a translucent gel-cream, with a bluish tint and it comes in dark blue packaging with whales on it.

Because it’s a gel, it’s best for oily, combination and normal skin. It’s also great as a light summer moisturizer, as it’s like a pressed serum.
